Kaamos Construction has been designing and constructing modern, energy-efficient homes, commercial buildings and entire residential districts for 15 years. The experience we’ve gained, the professional approach we take and the trust we’ve earned among our clients have seen us become a respected construction company and given us the chance to expand beyond Estonia’s borders.
Our biggest project to date was the Tammsaare business centre – Estonia’s largest contemporary office building and now a Tallinn landmark in its own right. Our team’s qualifications and desire to develop are also reflected in the legendary Kosmos cinema in the centre of Tallinn, which we fully renovated as the first IMAX cinema in the Baltic States.
We not only have all of the construction skills and knowledge we need to undertake building work, as evidenced by our ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certificates of quality and environmental management, but also the required licences, and we work exclusively with certified engineers.
In undertaking general contracting work, Kaamos Construction brings the client’s plans to life and takes full responsibility for them. Compared to other services, the design and construction process as a whole is a longer one for the client and making changes further down the line is more time-consuming.
In design and construction contracting, the company is guided by the client’s vision and wishes, and with the team, knowledge and experience needed to do so, it assumes total responsibility for all design and construction work undertaken.
