On February 9, a festive ceremony was held to celebrate the laying of the cornerstone and topping out of the new office building erected for the company HKP.
The new building is situated on the road of Allika tee in Rae rural municipality. The soon-to-be-completed office building will enable HKP to both expand its activity and improve the working conditions of its employees. HKP will relocate its office, storage facilities, and entire technology park into the new building. The building will provide for spacious dressing rooms for the staff as well as saunas and other conveniences.
HKP is one of Estonia’s leading real estate maintenance companies and investments of nearly two million euros are planned for the new building. The building’s net surface is approximately 2,000 m².
Construction of the office building is set to be completed in the summer of 2018.
